Full-Time Drug Screening Technician/Admin - Rayville, LA (First Shift)
We are seeking a Drug Screening Technician/Admin to join our team in Rayville, LA. This full-time, first-shift position will be responsible for administering drug screenings and supporting a range of safety and administrative functions on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced, safety-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drug Screening Administration: Administer drug screenings for employees and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Data Management & Reporting: Provide 24/7 access to all on-site injury data, including customizable spreadsheets, graphs, and charts detailing injury types, prime/subcontractors, and shifts.
Critical Safe Behavior Events: Conduct and track Critical Safe Behavior events and utilize Safety Mojo to capture engagement and provide feedback.
Third-Party Transactions: Manage any drug screening transactions requested by third parties separately from the contract, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Support Drug Testing Rates: Ensure the rates for drug testing outlined in the proposal are honored by the MSP for third-party transactions and distributed by RPL Key GCs to its prime contracts.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in drug screening administration or a related role is preferred
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage and report on injury data
Experience with Safety Mojo or other safety management platforms is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with company policies
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with third parties and internal teams
Work Schedule:
Full-time, First Shift position
Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility depending on site needs
