Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Pennsylvania to join our expanding virtual care team. If you are passionate about providing client-centered, culturally competent therapy and want to work remotely with a flexible schedule, this opportunity is for you.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and create client-centered treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and more
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to professional and ethical standards
• Participate in optional clinical supervision, peer consultation, and continuing education opportunities
• Serve a diverse client population across Pennsylvania with sensitivity and cultural competence

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1+ years post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in telehealth
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and comfortable delivering virtual therapy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive clinical practice
• Reliable access to a private, distraction-free workspace and high-speed internet
