LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

CONTEXT: Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate and direct drivers to job sites throughout the San Antonio area. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the local area, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency and strong computer skills are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dispatch drivers to various job sites in and around San Antonio in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide clear directions and instructions to drivers.
• Monitor and track driver locations and job progress.
• Communicate with clients and field staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Use dispatch software and other tools to manage schedules, routes, and documentation.
• Resolve issues or delays promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience dispatching drivers or working in a similar logistics/coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of the San Antonio area and surrounding regions.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Computer savvy; proficient with dispatch systems, GPS tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
