JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global's client is looking for a Dispatcher to join the team in Cumming, GA. This Dispatcher will be in charge of coordinating the routes and work orders for HVAC technicians and will complete this task the night before. They will keep track of the work orders, build fundamental knowledge of their clients, and communicate effectively with the clients to provide excellent customer service.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience as a Dispatcher in the construction industry (HVAC preferred)
- Strong coordination and phone skills
- Excel (basic level)
- Work order management system experience
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Residential dispatch experience due to the high work volume
The pay range for this role is: $29-$31/hr
